- The stolen 2023 Wrangler Rubicon 392 was found with 30,374 miles but questionable interior.
- Despite the odd interior, the limited edition remains a highly entertaining off-roading V8 vehicle.
If you thought you’d seen the wildest interior designs out there, think again. This Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 shatters all conventional ideas of style with its eye-catching, but definitely not in a good way, interior. This V8-powered model has been listed as a theft recovery on IAAI. While it’s unclear exactly where this Wrangler was stolen from, the state of its interior suggests that whoever took it probably had second thoughts and decided to ditch it.
As we found out when we got behind the wheel of the Wrangler Rubicon 392, it’s one of the most fun off-roaders you can buy. The theft itself doesn’t appear to have caused much damage to the vehicle, but the 30,374 miles (48,882 km) on the clock is a bit much for a 2023 model, especially for one that’s been, well, personalized to this extent.

Now, the interior? It’s… something. The seats are covered in bright green and yellow leather that looks like it was pulled from a neon nightmare. And don’t get us started on the stitching – awkward, uneven, and just downright questionable. It doesn’t stop there; the dashboard is also splashed with green leather and yellow stitching, while part of the transmission tunnel has been dressed in a garish red. To put it simply: someone really went for it with this color palette.

The rear seats continue the visual assault with the same green and yellow leather. As if that wasn’t enough, the inner pillars at the back have also been painted red. It’s a lot to take in, and probably not in the way the designer intended.
The IAAI listing has a buy it now price of $49,500 and suggests $4,520 in estimated repair costs for this Wrangler. But take a look at the photos, and there’s no visible damage to be found, unless you count the interior color choices as “damage,” which, let’s be real, most would. Replacing the neon leather with something more, well, normal, would likely rack up some costs, but it’s worth it if you can’t stand the sight of that interior.
